Here’s a cleaner, more polished version that keeps your intent but reads more naturally:
Art did an excellent job. He was professional throughout the entire process. After the initial installation, I requested that the rod be shortened, and he handled the feedback with great patience. He redid the work without hesitation to make sure it met my expectations. Really appreciate his attention to detail and commitment to getting it right.

Art and Andrew were very easy to work with for the assembly and installation of my outdoor sauna. Art was available the day of delivery and was flexible on arrival time when the delivery window got pushed back. He was very responsive to my messages throughout the process.
