I posted a job and Dan was the first to contact me. He came out the day of my posting and fixed a number of different issues I had. He used to build homes so he can pretty much handle anything you need. Highly recommend.

I called Dan and he had immediate availability after another customer cancelled. I asked if he could return after completing the first job she's here told me he could but the next week. He texted later and could come the next day. I had a lot of projects. He is very creative and completed many tasks needing dome customization in a 3.5 hour period. I felt good value with the speed at which he completed the tasks and his ability to improvise a couple of customer installations.
Would highly recommend him.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually charge a $70 hourly fee with a 2hr minimum. The minimum helps offset transportation and other expenses.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I answer a request and invite the customer to contact me to iron out any questions. Then we decide on a convenient time for both of us and I always confirm our appointment the day before. I also call the client when I'm heading their way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been building houses for over 15 years. During this time, more than 100 houses were built. I built 2 houses for myself and my parents. My vast experience in construction allows me to complete tasks easily and quickly.
