My standard labor rate is $85 per hour, and materials are charged separately. Discounts may be available for larger projects or when several tasks are completed during the same visit. I can also offer a fixed price for certain projects after reviewing the scope of work. All pricing and additional costs are discussed and approved in advance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask the customer to describe the project and send photos whenever possible. I review the details, discuss the work, materials, pricing, and availability, and then schedule a convenient time. I arrive prepared, complete the work carefully, and make sure the customer is satisfied with the result.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
