Scott was AH-MA-ZING! He did wayyyyyyyyyy more for us than we originally booked him for. Moved mattresses, assembled an entire toddler play room (TABLE, CHAIRS, SHELVES, CUBBIES, TEE-PEE), assembled dining room chairs, installed window treatments, packed up our HUGE Christmas tree and moved it to storage, moved boxes storage..and he even took out our trash and recycling lol. In other words he went above and beyond the call of duty :-) We will be hiring again for sure.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are based on the complexity of the work. All are disclosed up front, before we agree to anything. No gotchas.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Review the request. Give an estimate. Schedule a start date and time if proposal is accepted. I don’t start work until all materials are ordered and on-site. Customer usually pays for materials so they know the true cost. I am more than willing to purchase materials but charge a 5% markup because I might have to pay interest or processing fees on orders.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30+ years. Helicopter maintenance that covert to government work fixing base housing in South Carolina. Boat repairs and just helping people do projects around their homes.
