- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide a full-service holiday lighting experience — not just installation. Our pricing includes: ✓ Custom lighting design ✓ Professional installation ✓ Maintenance & service throughout the season ✓ Safe removal after the holidays ✓ Organized storage at our secure facility We offer seasonal incentives and bundled discounts, including: October installation discounts (early season pricing) Referral rewards Same-day neighbor installs / HOA packages End-of-season inventory discounts (while supplies last) All lighting systems are leased, allowing us to fully maintain and service them. At the end of the season, you have the option to purchase your system for a 20–50% buyout, depending on the components used. We also offer permanent lighting solutions year-round — including programmable and color-changing systems. Permanent installations include parts & labor for repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Design Conversation We listen to your ideas — or suggest concepts based on your home/business style. Inspiration photos, themes, Pinterest boards, brand colors… we love it all! 2. Custom Lighting Design + Quote You’ll receive a preliminary design and cost estimate. Once approved, a 50% deposit secures your installation date. 3. Installation Day Our team arrives within a 2-hour window, works efficiently, and respects your property as if it were our own. Please let us know about any access needs, time constraints, or specific concerns beforehand. 4. Enjoy the Season! Any service calls or adjustments needed during the season are included. 5. Professional Removal & Organized Storage After the holidays, we remove and safely store all materials — neatly labeled with your name for next year.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is fully licensed, insured, and trained, and completes safety certification and refresher courses each season. Training includes: Ladder & roof safety Boom lift operation & OSHA compliance Electrical & low-voltage lighting systems Permanent & programmable installations (including ethernet control systems) Property protection and risk management Warehouse and equipment safety We also participate in industry trade events and holiday lighting associations to stay current with the best products, tools, software, and installation methods available nationwide.
