Roman responded to my request within ten seconds, showed up to address the issue the same day within two hours and took on what was supposed to be what I thought was a simple swap out of old for new ceiling fan in a bathroom (built in 1977) which ended up taking much more effort than I ever, ever dreamed of due to a very poor previous installation. Roman just took it on and accomplished it all with such an incredible, positive and very knowledgeable attitude-- I was so impressed with the ease and expertise he had naturally with this challenging event. He really was remarkable!!! So well prepared for this!!!
It ended up requiring an attic removal and at least ten times the effort I expected yet, he just continued, not wasting a second, to get it done and get it done right. He basically had to undo the initial installation which was nailed into place and done every wrong way you can imagine. He really means what he says when he says he will treat your house like his own. I have adopted him as my permanent expert Handyman and I recommend him to all my friends, and to you--especially if you need someone that does it right!--
