- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is upfront and based on the scope of work, time on-site, and any special requirements (access, materials, heavy buildup, etc.). I can usually give a fast quote from a few photos/details, and I always confirm the final price before starting—no surprise fees. Bundle discounts are available when you combine services or set up recurring visits.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. You message me with your address/zip, what you want done, and a few photos (if possible). 2. I confirm the scope, give you an upfront estimate, and offer available times. 3. I arrive on schedule, protect the area, and complete the work with attention to detail. 4. I do a final walkthrough (or send before/after photos), clean up fully, and confirm you’re happy before I leave.

My training is hands-on, built through real jobs and repeat customers. I follow a detailed checklist, use professional-grade tools, and focus on doing the job safely, efficiently, and correctly the first time.
