- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate is $50 per hour, with a three-hour minimum of $150 per appointment. The customer provides the furniture and all manufacturer-supplied hardware. Any additional costs or special requirements are discussed and approved before the work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask the customer to send photos or product links for the furniture, the number of items, and their preferred date and time. I confirm the scope and estimated time before the appointment. I arrive on time, assemble everything carefully, check the stability and alignment, and leave the workspace clean.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a technical education, strong practical skills, and hands-on experience assembling different types of furniture. My technical background helps me understand diagrams, measurements, hardware, and assembly instructions. I continuously improve my skills and approach every project carefully and responsibly.
