I believe in fair, transparent pricing with no hidden fees or surprises. Before any work begins, you'll know exactly what to expect. I'll always recommend the most cost-effective solution instead of unnecessary repairs or upselling. My goal is to provide high-quality work at a fair price and make sure every customer feels they received great value for their money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to keep the process simple and stress-free. First, I'll learn about your project and answer any questions you have. If you can send photos or details, I'll provide an accurate estimate whenever possible. We'll schedule a time that works for you, I'll arrive on time with the right tools, complete the job with care, clean up before I leave, and make sure you're happy with the results before considering the job finished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, which gave me a strong foundation in construction, building systems, and attention to detail. Combined with hands-on experience and continuous learning, I stay up to date with modern installation methods, manufacturer instructions, and best practices to ensure safe, reliable, and professional results. Every project is completed with the right tools, careful workmanship, and a commitment to quality.
