FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very flexible with our pricing, we know what a job will cost by how long it will take and the tools and experience required. we understand sometimes someone needs something done cheap, and we can work out a deal to stay within your budget, but a better price will affect quality. When calculating an initial quote I always price it for top quality work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free estimates either in person or through text message pictures. I am very careful to listen to exactly what the customer wants and offer ideas or advice from my own experience, whether to save the customer money or advise on paint sheens and aesthetics. I strive to take the picture in your head and make it reality in the most practical way possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Between mine and my brother's work experience, we are masters in our craft. We have worked for rental properties, turning over apartments and doing daily maintenance as well as the on-call emergency work. we have worked for many different businesses before starting our own, such as painters, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, window cleaners, landscapers, light hangers. We have become experts at all things handyman.
