Vini and Bruno were such a joy to work with. They’re incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable about what they do. We hired them to refinish our 1940s hardwood floors, and the results turned out even better than we ever expected. We honestly had no idea the floors could look this good. We ended up leaving the wood in its natural color based on their recommendation, and I’m so glad we trusted their advice. The rooms feel brighter and bigger now, and the finish feels amazing to walk on barefoot. They were also very thoughtful about the prep work and took extra care to minimize dust and disruption in the rest of the house, which we really appreciated since we were staying here during the project. When everything was done, they cleaned up thoroughly and helped move everything back into place. We’re so happy with how everything turned out. Thank you Vini, Bruno, and the Costa Flooring team!

I reached out to Costa Flooring about a potential project and initially received a response asking for my location. After I replied, I did not hear back again despite following up. I understand that contractors are busy and not every job is a good fit, but I would have appreciated a quick response letting me know either way. Unfortunately I never received one, so I ended up looking elsewhere. UPDATE: I appreciate the owner taking the time to respond and clarify that my request was outside the scope of their flooring services. To clarify, my review was not about the quality of any completed work, but about the communication during the inquiry process. After I responded to their initial question and followed up, I did not receive a reply until after the review was posted. For additional context, the countertops in question are hardwood and finished with flooring products, which is why I initially reached out to a flooring contractor. I understand that it may still fall outside their typical scope, but a brief message at the time indicating that would have been helpful. That said, I do appreciate the follow-up and explanation provided afterward, and I wish them the best.
