Introduction: Since every client is completely different, I don't put every individual on the same black and white plan. All my clients' journeys look different. They all use food and lifestyle changes, but do it in their own way as they are comfortable. That's what I love about health coaching and why fad diets don't work. I love when clients text me right away when they have their big "Aah-ha" moment. They didn't get that heartburn, or that migraine, or could finally sleep -- whatever it is, I love when my clients realize that whole foods are changing their life.

For a long time, I was just not feeling 100 percent. Body aches, lethargy, moodiness and I had gained weight without really being able to explain why. Doctors were telling me nothing was wrong, so I decided on trying a different route. I originally consulted with Kelly so I could learn more about how my diet could be effecting me. With her help, I was able to identify a gluten intolerance, along with other discomforts I was experiencing because of my diet. She showed me how easy it is to make a total lifestyle change that I would've otherwise thought was impossible. Kelly is honest, funny, understanding and diligent. If you're serious about making a change, she's the best health coach to help you through your problem - no matter how big or unmanageable it seems.

I have been very impressed with Kelly and her commitment in helping others achieve their health goals. She has helped me understand what exactly is the best food choices and excercise to help impove my personal well being. It is often difficult to know what to do when you are aiming to improve overall health. There is so much information out there that it can be overwhelming trying to decide which route to take. I like how Kelly has been very patient with me and has explained in detail her plans for me to achieve optimal health. She definitely learns about you the person and your needs and sculpts a plan specifically for you. I would highly recommend Kelly for anyone seeking a wellness coach and a better quality of life. She has a passion for what she does and it resonates through every session.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I was a very Type-A, busy, over-stressed, East Coaster before I discovered holistic health and nutrition. I worked in politics and communications and as the years passed I was getting sicker and more miserable. Once I opened myself to changing my routine, my horizon improved. My health turned around and by making wellness my goal, came to realize that I didn't have to stay in this career that made me sick, it didn't have to be my story. So I studied nutrition and began bringing it to others.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    Every single client is different, but most people who come to me ask for help with sleeping better, mood stabilization and weight loss.
