Paloma got me on track with my health rather quickly. I thought I had it down, but after talking to her she made me realize I had the wrong idea of being healthy. After 10 or so days of following my program, I started seeing results. Save yourself the time of research and trial & error and fast track your health journey. Do yourself the favor.
