- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the size and scope of the project, fees can be hourly or on a project basis. Complimentary phone consultations are provided prior to any meeting to help answer any questions you may have regarding the process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During our initial consultation, we do a lot of listening. It is important that we understand your needs and desires for your project and we pay close attention to all of the details. What do you hope to achieve during the project, what is your budget and time frame, what are your likes and dislikes? Once we understand your needs, we work hard to put a plan in place that meets everyone's expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We continually strive to stay up on the latest product innovations and developments by participating in Trade Shows and Product Seminars. Additionally, each year we participate in a number of continuing education courses to ensure compliance with ASID and LEED membership requirements.
