- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the home, the type of clean, and any special requirements/add-ons (such as fridge cleaning, oven cleaning, etc.). Before booking with us, we will work with you to ensure your quote is personalized to what you need. We also offer discounts for recurring cleanings (15% for weekly, 10% for bi-weekly, and 5% for monthly).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to keep things simple and stress-free. You can either book online through our website, or reach out via Thumbtack. When you reach out, we'll start with a quick conversation to learn about your home, your cleaning needs, and any special requests. From there, we'll provide a customized quote and help you choose a service that fits your schedule and budget. Once you're ready to book, we'll confirm the date, arrival window, and details of your clean. On cleaning day, our professional team will arrive fully equipped with supplies (unless you prefer we use yours) and will follow a detailed checklist to ensure consistent, high-quality results. After the service, we'll check in to make sure everything met your expectations and address any feedback right away.
