They initially came in to clean the house and it looked great, but a few areas (such as balcony and porch) were not done, which was a misunderstanding on our side as we did not realize it wasn’t included in the service we requested. We asked if they could come back to clean those areas and they came back very quickly and finished it up for us and although it’s usually an extra charge, they did it for no extra charge since we didn’t know it wasn’t included. I really appreciate how quickly they came back to clean and how understanding they were. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaner as they did a great job and were so communicative!

From start to finish this was a great experience. We hired Scentdg for a move out clean. Caio was great. We added on oven clean and he also did the carpet cleaning for us with the machine we rented. Caio was excellent communicator explaining. And answering our questions. Everything was cleaned to our complete satisfaction, and the house smells SO good.
