If Thumbtack would have let me select all 5 adjectives, I would have! James was amazing! I'd originally contacted another service via Thumbtack but at 9:30 the night before the job, they messaged me & said they couldn't do it on Tuesday as planned. I panicked since I'd already taken Tuesday off & had a bunch of other move-related appointments. Fortunately for me, James is a night owl & replied to my request. He showed up right on time, did a walk-through with me to point out what he'd be doing, & I left him to have at it. He told me it'd take just about 3 hours & that he'd text me when he was about 30 minutes away from finishing. James texted me right on schedule & I met him back at the apartment- and I couldn't be more thrilled!! He cleaned everything from baseboards to window sills & everything in between. The shower pan in the master bathroom was pretty bad & he got that thing looking like new!! I plan to tell my son & daughter-in-law about James, & I've already shared his contact info with my mother and a friend. He did exactly what I needed, & the pride he takes in doing a job well is evident & well-deserved. I'll definitely be in touch again!

James was extremely friendly and accommodating! He offers great value for the work done and was willing to change our appointment at the last minute due to our move not going as planned. He cleaned our tile/grout and it looked exactly as it did when we moved in (by comparison to the area under a rug that had been untouched). His work was GREAT and I will definitely hire him again.

A move out cleaning. In and out quickly with a job well done. Even made sure the baseboards were done. I wouldn't have been able to do it myself. Recommended.

James was great! We were on the normal escrow move out timeline (stress!) and James called to say he'd be a little early (relief!). The house looked sparkling new when he was done and I'm proud to turn it over to the new owner. Thanks James!
