We do not charge any fees for home repair services, when you list your home for sale with us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a consultation appointment, before we begin work. At the appointment we will see what work needs to be completed and discuss our terms and conditions and answer any questions you have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Realtor and I own a full service real estate brokerage where we focus on getting homes prepared for sale. My team consist of a handy man with over 20 years of experience, a professional house cleaner and painter.
