And we also do standard or deep cleaning / move-out cleaning of residential or commercial buildings. It’s a family owned business and we have been in the business for over 8 years. A decent job. Not the best I’ve had done, but I did have some really tough stains. It does look like a 80% job like stated. The stairs look fantastic. After a closer look I could tell the living room was a little more tough. Don’t have before and after pictures but definitely a few stubborn stains left, very few. But it looks way better than it did before. Wasn’t aware of the extra charges depending on certain stains, assuming the company already knew beforehand what we were working with before I booked (pet/food stains, amount of rooms, etc) but for the reasonable overall rate at the end, I really can’t complain. Great if your carpet isn’t that bad, probably not the best option for a deep stain-removal clean. Professionalism was great, Ryan was very nice and still came through after an unfortunate flattened tire which I greatly appreciated.
