We've agreed to meet on a Wednesday to have a proper estimate of the cleaning job. I messaged at 7 pm to confirm the meeting.
She said she could not make it but she asked for me to take photos of my house so she can give an estimate. Is this normal? Can you really do a proper estimate of the job just looking at photos? I asked you to come to have a proper estimate as the estimate generated by the app was a little high. You agreed to come so I gave you the address. You had 5 days to think if the job was too far or not worth it but you did not bother to message me. I messaged today (Tuesday) if you could come but you you can't and you asked me to send photos instead. I cannot rate you 5 star because it was a little disappointing that a client had to initiate contact to find out if you are indeed coming or not. And you replied to me privately abusing me and accusing me of being sick in the head. Let me know if you want me to publish your exact words. It was very abusive and you should be sued for the way you replied. Thank you.
