I think it is an excellent cleaning team, they are very noble and charming people, they did not leave the property until the work was finished, the same day that I spoke to them that same day they did the work, and they even gave me an invoice, I am very happy to have worked with them, 100% recommended

Good and sincere people, inexperienced and ineffective cleaners. I was very clear upfront that I needed a team of three to do a deep clean upon move-out, with particular attention paid to difficult to clean surfaces, grout, floors, wood cabinetry, etc. After disagreeing with me that one person could do the job, they finally arrived an hour later than the planned time with a team of three. They were not prepared with equipment, supplies, knowledge, or a strong work ethic. Four hours later, all windows and mirrors were streaky messes, dirty damp cloths had been wiped all over wooden cabinets, kitchen surfaces were sticky, they had used a leaf blower in the garage that blew dirt and debris inside the house, floors were a muddy mess, and the house smelled like dirty dish water. After a tactful discussion, they were paid $300 out of respect for their time and effort, but they couldn't do the job even with supervision. (I had to pay over $400 dollars the next day to have everything redone with last minute arrangements, and it was completed thoroughly and correctly in less than three hours.) A learning experience for all, there were no hard feelings, and we ended parting ways shaking hands and wishing each other well and good luck.

We are very sorry for the misunderstanding, but I told you from the beginning that I did not have heavy-duty equipment, and we never left a property without leaving as the client requested, you arrived 3 hours after we had presented ourselves, we did not receive any We called you by phone, there were people working inside the house when we arrived and they lasted 3 more hours inside, you said that with the equipment we had it was fine, we even had to hire someone else at your request, we never We decided to leave the work halfway through.
