We offer discounts for regular weekly or bi-weekly cleanings. There are no hidden fees, and we’re always happy to discuss a rate that works comfortably for you once we understand your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process with new customers is simple and personalized: 1. Initial Contact: We start by discussing your cleaning needs, preferences, and the layout of your home. 2. Quote & Scheduling: Based on the information you provide, we give you a quote and schedule the first cleaning at a convenient time for you. 3. First Cleaning: During the initial visit, we do a thorough deep clean and take note of any areas that need special attention. 4. Feedback & Plan: After the first clean, we follow up to hear your feedback and adjust the plan if needed. If you’re happy, we set up a regular cleaning schedule that works best for you. Our goal is to build a long-term, comfortable relationship with every client.
