- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Here at Rosie & Co. we price with the intent to see our clients again and keep their homes clean and worry free on a regular basis. Initial cleans are priced based on square footage and the overall state of the home upon arrival. Recurring cleans are priced by the level of work required to maintain the upkeep of the home as well as any additional tasks you’d like to include like laundry or window washing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After gathering information about their home and individual wishes, I provide an instant quote. Once accepted, we will schedule a walk through and initial clean where we can finalize price- if you wish for continued regular cleanings with us we can provide you with a service agreement and welcome packet at this time ☺️
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent over 9 years with an industry-leading company that ranks #1 in quality, service, cleanliness, expectations, and standards. I also have been educated at Miramar Community College and SDSU with a degree in business management. I carry all of this knowledge and experience from these periods in my life to provide top-of-the-line results and customer satisfaction.
