- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing includes dusting all interior surfaces, sweeping and vacuuming all floors, wiping down ceiling fans and lights, wiping down baseboards, cleaning cabinets inside and out, steam cleaning shower and bathtub, scrubbing toilets, steam cleaning kitchen appliance exteriors, cleaning/sanitizing countertops and sinks, inside the oven, fridge, interior windows, window sills and crevices. and steam cleaning hardwood/vinyl floors, descaling of applicable appliances, and buffing of applicable metal surfaces.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process includes a quick phone call or email to get an idea of any problem areas you think require special attention and to set up a time for me to come start cleaning. I take payment the day of cleaning, through Stripe, Thumbtack, check, cash, Venmo, or Zelle. Before I clean I will take pictures of the entire space to inspect and document any issues I see. Once I complete my cleaning I will document all the areas cleaned, and provide a report through email on any areas I was unable to clean due to damage.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do not have any formal training in the cleaning space, but over the years i have been known to be neat freak. I apply the same level of care to your place as I would cleaning my own place.
