Omid is one of the most knowledgeable and hardworking attorneys in San Diego. His services are pretty affordable too, which helps a ton when you can't afford a lawyer who will probably drag out your case to get paid more. I had a legal matter to deal with and I spoke to several attorneys before I finally came to Omid. He was the only one that kept it real with me. Most attorneys will tell you what you want to hear, but this man tells you what you need to hear. Effective lawyer with effective results. Highly recommended if you need legal advice/representation.Jul 24, 2014
Omid is a very knowledgeable and professional person. He was able to help me get out of some serious trouble I was in. Best part is that he actually cares and keeps you informed throughout the entire process. He is very honest, upfront, and describes everything in great detail for you. He responded back to me very quickly and answered all my questions. He got me way better results than I was expecting. I strongly recommend his services and I would definitely go to him again. Thanks for all your help!!!Jun 17, 2014

License Type: Attorney (CA)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? The REJALI LAW FIRM consistently attends seminars on all fields of law that we practice in to make sure we provide THE BEST representation possible.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?Oh where can I start. I like order and am a bit of a perfectionist. However, the world is not a perfect place. Coming from a family of immigrants and living overseas made me see things differently. I lived in Iran for 10 years and things over there are very different than in the U.S. That made me want to get in this line of work to help people from around the world to move and live in a better place. From the criminal defense stand point, I never felt comfortable with the way our law enforcement conducted they're line of work and felt that there should always be a person on the other side protecting the little guy from the government and make sure that they're rights are completely vindicated. That's just a short version of why I decided to become an attorney.
- What types of customers have you worked with?Criminal Defense and immigration representation. Obtaining visas, permanent residency, investor visas, consular processing, Office of Foreign Asset Control Licensing (OFAC).
