My wife and I just bought a house in Lakeside and unfortunately the previous owner didn't care too much about the insulation or how the attic was kept. I found Attic projects on yelp and thumbtack and we are so glad we did!
Adam responded within minutes of my inquiry and even came out same day to do a full and VERY thorough inspection. I had another company come out for a quote, but they missed so many things that Adam pointed out, which we greatly appreciated. We had multiple broken air ducts that Adam pointed out and I had the team fix these while they were up there. He was VERY upfront about everything, explained the whole process from start to finish. I knew exactly what they were doing, because Adam was so thorough and clear.
As a business owner, I can appreciate a true 5 star company. This is it, don't shop around and waste your time with anyone else with someone who cuts corners. They filled up a 17 foot box truck completely full of the trash and old insulation that was in my attic, it's GOOD as new now, wow.
The crew consisted of James, Dave, Luis and Amin. They were friendly, very professional and you can tell they take great pride in their job and love what they do. Keep these guys around, they are the A Team! Make sure to tip these guys good, it's a tough job and these guys are FANTASTIC! I will be sure to refer all my customers to these guys.
Thanks so much for the awesome service!

Dave from Attic Projects was responsive and timely in meeting my needs. He squeezed me into his schedule to clean and sanitize a very tight crawl space that had active rodent dropping’s.
Attic Projects were thorough in looking for access points that rodents can squeeze into and helpful in eliminating any future problems. I highly recommend you give them a call.

Adam and his team did a great job! I called Attic projects and Adam came to do an inspection, he came and had tons of patience to answer all our questions. He explained the issues that were needed to be taken care of and briefed us step by step. Adam's quote was the best I had from severals I had before.
Adam came with his crew, they were precise on time. They did a great job, they were really thorough about preparing the house prior to the work itself and also with the cleaning after they took care of our attic.
They worked hard and were very pleasant and we recommend Attic projects
