I highly recommend Dave and the Attic Projects team for anyone looking for attic work. We had a super smooth experience working with them.
I hired Attic Project's services to replace the insulation in our attic after dealing with rat and mice problems. We needed the entire insulation removed, cleansed and replaced.
Dave and his team worked diligently to prepare our house for the work making sure our interior home was protected. This included covering all of the walls and floors, emptying everything from the attic for me, and protecting some other areas of the house.
The team was very polite and professional, and they did a great job installing the new insulation quickly.
Again, we recommend Attic Projects!

I had a whole family of rat partying in my attic... I was really worried about the expenses this would cost me. I call Attic projects who came very fast. Nave came for the estimation, it was very quick and he was very patient to explain what needs to be done, and the price was reasonable to the work, and also comparing to other quotes we received.
at the same week Nave came with his crew, they successfully removed them and then the cleanup started, including closing the whole created in the roof. the whole job was finished within the same day.
everyone of the team was pleasant, and they only left when everything was cleaned and back in place.
In case you face a family of pests, do not hesitate to call them, you will not regret it!

Our master bedroom was always hotter than the downstairs of our two story home. I was frustrated after adding an AC unit as well as a whole house fan. I called Attic Projects to inquire about adding foam insulation to our attic. Adam came and looked at the attic and told me that it was be too costly to use foam and I would not get the results I was looking for because it doesn't get cold enough in San Diego. He suggested R-19 batts and radiant barrier. He gave me a quote to complete the job that was better than 2 separate competitors I'd also received quotes from. Two days later Dave and his Attic Projects showed up and did a great job installing the insulation. They vacuum the floors when they were done and left my home just as they found it. It was so much cooler upstairs that we were able to sleep without the ceiling fan on high.

Choosing Attic Projects for my attic cleaning was the best decision I've made. It was a smooth process from the start to finish, and a very positive experience. The inspection was thorough and yet quick, and the price offer was given in less than an hour. Adam was polite and very professional, he explained the whole process and answered all of our questions with patience, unlike the other companies we got offers from who sent pushy salesmen who were only focused on closing a sale!
Compared to the other companies we checked with, the price we got from Attic Projects was reasonable, taking into consideration the amount of work needed to be done.
On the day of the cleaning Adam and the workers worked extremely hard on the insulation removal and cleaning, and following the insulation installation was a really fast process.
As said in the beginning, choosing Attic Projects was the right choice and they deserve a 5 star review and I definitely recommend choosing them!

Adam came to my house to give us an estimate for the removal and replacement of our attic insulation. I have to admit that I was very spectacle after going through 2 other companies prior. Adam explained me the entire process from A to Z, came down on his priced and provided the best price from all 3 estimates I got. The job itself was done the next day and my wife was thrilled when they finished it and left our house clean and organized as if they were never there. Great job and great service.
