Working with Carla from Novo Interiors by Carla was such a great experience. She was warm, friendly, and easy to work with from the start. She really knows her craft. Second, Carla was from start to end, always pleasant, professional and punctual in her arrival at our home. Our request to Carla was to freshen up our Mom’s & Sister’s room with a total makeover. Carla did a great job of creating a bedroom that I felt stylish yet comfortable. She listened to my designing intentions and created two “mood” or idea boards with options that were within my budget range. She also created a floor plan to see where all the different pieces of furniture would fit. I picked the pieces that I liked best and she ordered those pieces that she could get discounted for me. Once all of my furniture pieces were delivered I asked her to also add on her additional service of choosing and shopping for decor pieces/ bedding for the bedroom as well. Once she acquired all of the pieces she brought them over and set them all up and really tied in the space like a bow. Thanks again Carla and good luck.

We were so impressed with how well Carla's concept fit our style. She helped us decorating living room, master bedroom, toddler bedroom and patio. She designed everything after taking into consideration our requirement of toddler safe home. She had always answered our questions quickly and adjusted designs as per our taste. Shopping was quite simple with her, she gave us plenty of options to choose right from furniture to accessories. Carla helped us to put our vision into reality. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project is different and because of that I offer a flat rate pricing or an hourly fee, depending on the size of your project. Once I have all the details about your project, I create an estimate for design time for your specific project. Please contact me directly if you have any further questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we meet for a 1.5 hour consultation where we talk about your project and you can ask any questions about layout, paint, materials, lighting, furniture, accessories or renovations. The Consultation fee is $125.00
After the consultation, if you’re interested in implementing
any of the design ideas discussed, I create an estimate for the design time require for your project. the proposal includes- 2 mood boards per room, shopping list and floor plans.

I continually build on trend knowledge and trade resources, design events, to better assist my clients in realizing their Interior Design goals.
