- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price according to the job. I can give hourly or project based pricing. On jobs when working an hourly rate, i charge for any trips to pickup materials and mark up materials costs for the project by 20%
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am friendly and reliable. I like to introduce myself and share my work experience, and be clear about agreed pricing and the process needing to be done for the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was fortunate to learn painting and construction skills as a young man in Santa Cruz, CA. After moving back to my hometown of San Diego, Ca, I began doing painting and construction projects on my own, and decided to start my own business.
