- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As I am new to Thumbtack, my profile is not a complete representation of my work. I am a seasoned painter with years of experience under my belt, but I am willing to offer discounts on my work in order to further build my profile. I prioritize quality over speed, ensuring that my jobs are done at top-tier quality. I provide discounts based on the number of rooms or size of the project. Feel free to contact me with any questions regarding pricing and I will happily respond as soon as possible!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I like to get to know them beyond a simple interaction as building a positive relationship with clients is a top priority for me. In addition, I provide the customer with my detailed plan of action which is tailored specifically to them. I focus on communication in order to ensure that each step of my job is done to your likening.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked under 3 professional painters throughout my tenure as a painter, totaling over six years of experience as a painter. I have worked on simple projects such as accent walls or single rooms, all the way to repainting full houses and apartment buildings. Whatever the size of your project is, there will be zero drop off in my quality of work.
