- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fare, my pricing reflects the quality of work and materials used for each project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, I always try to meet my clients in person at the job so that I can introduce myself and walk around the property so that I can do a good inspection of the job as I take notes. Then I give some personal recommendations based on what I know. Once I am done with the walk threw and I get home, I go over my notes and write up a quote specifying what needs to be done, the materials needed for the job and price for the project. Then send it through email or text directly to the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10+ years of hands on experience in the painting industry, my crew and I are very well rounded and have experience in all aspects of the painting industry both in interior/exterior and commercial painting.
