After being ghosted twice by people on Facebook Marketplace, I gave Thumbtack a try. Worked like a charm. I know having a middleman costs the service provider a fee, but it was reassuring to know that the reviews were bona fide and that I had a recourse if something went wrong. As far as Junk Hulk, they offered a reasonable price, they communicated effectively, and showed up on time. The two men who moved the furniture for us were very nice and well-mannered and would not let me lift a finger to help even when I tried. I really appreciated that given my age. I would definitely hire them again.

They responded within minutes of my posting and arrived within 3 hours to remove the construction debris and trash from a renovation. This task had been weighing on me for months but I knew I had to wait until the renovation was completely done. They did a great job, left no debris or trash - it was all clean. Mostly I appreciated their positive, can-do attitude.
