- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system isn't too complex.If the job is a simple haul away,my rates start at $165 for a pickup truck size load, and $265 for a trailer load. Heavy loads will be a higher rate. If additional work is required,such as demo work or lawn care,the rate will be discussed and agreed upon on sight.I do like to go out to my jobs prior to get a visual to help me give a more accurate rate
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually, when dealing with a new customer, I will let them know over the phone or through a message, a ballpark price to complete the job. If they want more accurate pricing, I offer a free on-site estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With my experience and research, I know what can be recycled, repurposed, donated, or reused. Therefore I keep as much as I can out of the landfill
