Damon is truly amazing. He has a raw gift when it comes to reading people and providing advice. I was needing some help with some personal growth as well as career growth and he was able to provide great insight. I was able to tap into what was holding me back in getting to the next step and what I needed to work on with myself. We meet twice a week for 3 months. I saw such an amazing improvement in both my personal life and my career.

Damon does a great job of bringing the best ‘You’ out of yourself. He has a natural knack for tapping into personal problem areas and strategically breaking them down from a physical, mental, and spiritual aspect. He takes a non biased, non judgmental approach to giving feedback and keeps it authentic for the individual. Damon has a gift that allows him to take an unbiased stance, a seemingly rare practice today, coupled with the presentation of piercing, probing questions. Ultimately, you’re left to negotiate the “right” path with you and your best self.
