Sean was great. He normally works on large appliances but I had a beloved lamp that would not work. It took him a little time to figure out the issue and then he came up with an option that would work and I had my matching set of lamps BOTH working again. I am so happy. 10/10 would recommend SARS and will use them for any future electrical needs. Super responsive, let me know when he was 5-10 minutes away, and showed up ready to get the job done. Worked on my small project and provided me some good ideas to choose from to get to an affordable solution. The repairs even came with a guarantee, which I was not expecting. Great experience working with Sean I believe he arrived same day or the next day. He fixed my microwave oven, provided me with advice and tried his best not to overcharge. The issue he diagnosed was that a fuse blew out after slowly opening the microwave door. Once I approved the work, he replaced the fuse. The microwave, lights and fan began working immediately. Still don’t know if I would have been better off buying a new one or repairing the microwave, but either way he did a great job and provided a warranty for his workmanship. I would recommend Sean for appliance repairs as he is very knowledgeable and professional.

Responded to my request for a quote quickly. He arrived and assessed my washing machine repair instantly and gave me 2 options for parts and given my time constraints I opted for the more expensive part that was available the next day. I appreciated Sean’s willingness to show me options. He even suggested I hold out on a a repair I mentioned stating I should see if the machine runs with the repair he just did then decide if I wanted more work. He really believed the work he did would clear up any other concerns I had about the washer. He also gave me a recipe for cleaning the drum that should prevent the issues that created the need for the repair in the future. He was very professional and I am extremely pleased. Would hire him again.

I contacted SARS appliance repair and they were in contact and made the diagnosis the next day. Although I hired them to perform the repair, due to a matter of time they did not manage to perform the service of my washing machine but they had the disposition for any other future service and handled it in a professional way.
