I had a very good experience with my appliance person. He broke it down to me and told me everything that I needed and how much it would cost and how many days it will take for him to come back and fix it with the part that you need and he showed up one day earlier than he supposed to Which was great for me everything went smooth and everything was professional and the price is very reasonable to get my refrigerator fixed. I will hire them again if I need anything done on any of my appliances OK thank you and goodbye.

Sean came in first to check problem with my existing microwave and when repair wasn’t an option, he offered to help install the new one as needed. He followed up after few weeks and installed the nee microwave. No issues at all and very professional

When my washing machine wasn't wanting to work correctly, I had called a gentleman that my neighbor had referred me to. But he didn't message me until that evening. So by the afternoon, I decided to look on the computer and found Thumbtack and chose SARS Appliance to give them a try. Sean could come out the next day, so he assessed the situation & said the washer needed a new hot water valve. He would purchase it that same day, and could come the next day to install it - which he did. He was very polite, honest, and did a great job of installing the hot and cold water valves.
