FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started cleaning in 1997. I was then a freshman at San Diego State University. I never stopped. I continued to keep a small clientele even after graduation. A couple of years ago I got tired of the corporate world and decided to do what I knew how to do best. I became a full-time janitor. One of the best decisions I've ever made in my life.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they are verified. You can check if they are through Thumtack.com. They hold a License, Insurance and are Bonded. Janitors who took the time and spent the money to be License, Insured and Bonded will more than likely do an outstanding job and truly care at what they do. Lastly, give them a call and talk to them. I can not believe people would let me in their house the day they meet me and without even ever speaking with me on the phone. You must have some kind of connection with your janitor. That is when trust starts. If your janitor knows you trust them I guarantee you that your janitor will do everything to make sure you are very satisfied.
