- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have packages with discounted rates for our clients. We like to keep things simple; the more lessons you can commit to, the more you save. We always start with a free trial tutoring session. After the client confirms interest in the recommended tutor, the next step is to purchase a package. CREDIT HOURS -May be used with any tutor or subject -Do not expire -May be refunded for any reason PACKAGES ~1 hr @ $70/hr ~5 hrs @ $68/hr ~10 hrs @ $66/hr ~20 hrs @ $62/hr
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) CONTACT US - A client reaches out to us and provides details of their tutoring request. 2) TUTOR RECOMMENDATION - The local tutor manager will make a tutor recommendation based on the client's specific tutoring needs. 3) TRIAL SESSION - After a client confirms interest in moving forward, the next step is to schedule the no-obligation free trial session. 4) PURCHASE HOURS - After the trial session, the client will decide how they would like to proceed. -If the tutor is the right fit, the next step is to purchase hours. -If the tutor is not the right fit, an additional tutor and a trial are provided. 5) ONGOING TUTORING - As the tutoring progresses, the tutor manager will be available by call, text, or email to assist with any aspect of the tutoring.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Eric Boshnyak is the local tutor manager for Elite Tutoring. Credentialed in teaching and educational administration, Eric has facilitated private tutoring services for students for over 18 years. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Education from Central Michigan University and his Master of Science in Educational Administration from California State University, Bakersfield. He taught middle and high school mathematics for seven years and was nominated as an Outstanding National Teacher by the National Honor Society (NHS) organization.
