I am pleased to serve as a mediator to so many wonderful people across the country. My focus is client satisfaction. As a mediator, I do not decide the outcome, but I am able to facilitate the communication that may establish common ground between parties. I am a Certified Mediator in Family Law Mediation and Basic Mediation Dispute Resolution. As a 2022 JD candidate, I have participated in Small Claims Clinics, volunteering my assistance to members of the community with their landlord tenant cases and civil suits. I am currently running my mediation practice online through zoom appointments and accepting new clients.
I attribute my skills in mediation to my work as an educator. I have more than 7 years of experience working with students as a High School Counselor and Student Services Coordinator. My duties include resolving conflicts arising in school and at home between families. My strengths are my listening skills and communication. If you are looking for someone who is patient, kind, and organized I possess these skills. Additionally, I have excellent feedback from both internal and external clients. I have decided to combine my experience as a JD candidate and my skills as an Educator to working full time as a Professional Mediator.
Warm Wishes,
Kay Griffith
