- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive hourly rates with no hidden fees. We charge for actual working time only, with a minimum of 3 hours. Long-distance moves and specialty items like pianos may have separate rates. We also offer discounts for seniors, students, and military families.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we discuss the move details over the phone or via message, including location, item list, and timing. Then, we provide a clear, upfront estimate with no hidden fees. On moving day, we arrive on time, carefully protect floors and furniture, complete the move efficiently, and check everything with the customer before finishing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has completed certified safety training for handling heavy and fragile items, proper lifting techniques, and packing standards. We’ve also been trained in efficient load planning and customer service best practices to ensure smooth, stress-free moves.
