- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Hulk Movers, we make booking your move fast, simple, and stress-free. It starts with a quick consultation where we gather a few key details about your move, such as your preferred date, home size, distance, and any special items or services you may need. This allows us to fully understand your situation right from the start. From there, we recommend the ideal crew size and provide an estimate, so you know exactly what to expect with no guesswork. Once your move is scheduled, our team handles the logistics and shows up fully prepared on moving day, ready to work efficiently and protect your belongings every step of the way. No hidden fees. No surprises. Just a smooth, well-organized move from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our crews are constantly in the field, handling real moves, real challenges, and real homes. That daily hands-on work allows us to sharpen our systems, improve efficiency, and eliminate the small issues that can slow a move down
