Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I feel that most customers like working with service providers that are approachable and knowledgeable. We are brought in to accomplish a result, but it's always helpful to explain the why's and how's on achieving that result. We welcome questions and understand that our customers are not well versed on the moving processes. So ask away. Impressing customers that have never had a great moving experience. Granted anyone with a little bit of money and no experience can open up a moving company a reek havoc. But a good company hires and trains experienced guys to give the customer a thrilling experience that is otherwise unmatched.

My wife and I needed to place a rather difficult request to be moved on a holiday weekend as i had to report to work tge very next day, we had scheduled another moving company a week prior and were taken completely off gaurd when they phoned the day before our move to ask if they could reschedule due, apparently due to some type of unspecified problem. My wifes sister had used Michaels company before and called him for us. Even with the holiday weekend and horribly short notice San Diego Discount Moving Labor came in and litterally saved the day. From scheduling our moving truck to arriving on time and getting our house moved in the time quoted, how they ever were able to get everything in that truck to this day astounds me, but they did all the while lkke it was just a walk in the park. Consumate professionalism coupled with diligent work has our business hands down anytime we plan another move, period. And thanks again Mike.

I decided to go with Mike's services after receiving quotes from multiple moving companies because he had the most competitive price at $270 for 3 movers for 3 hours including the use of the truck. However, I'm giving them 2 stars only because I discovered 2 divots and a long scratch in the once pristine floors of our newly purchased townhome. That, and the fact that a box seems to have gone missing. After sending photos of the floor damage, Mike is sending a flooring guy out to inspect so we will see if it gets fixed appropriately. The actual move ended up being 4.25 hours with an extra $135 added on so the total came to $420 anyway, which was average based on the other estimates I got. I would have liked to give them 3 stars but with an average bill and post-move issues to deal with I wonder if going with the #1 rated mover in SD (i.e. 1 Stop Moving and Storage) would have been worth the slightly higher rate.

I was very satisfied with the services provided by San Diego Moving Labor. The movers were timely, careful with my possessions, quick, courteous, and the services were at a reasonable cost. I would recommend San Diego Moving Labor to my friends. I would use San Diego Moving Labor again!! Good Service.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

One of our most common jobs consist of moves from one city to another. Several challenges tend to arrive from corporate and military move due to usually a massive about of upfront planning. We tend to be a bit more competitive than a lot of van lines. Our second most common moves tend to be specialty moves that consist of relocating pianos pool tables and various special relocation items.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Check social media markers. If the company has been in business for any period of time there will be some less than flattering reviews. If it 100% good chances are its not a real company. Just friend and associated pumping up an otherwise terrible business,
