Your Choice Of Software: We offer all of our clients the option to choose between cloud-based bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks Online, Xero or FreshBooks OR desktop Quickbooks software installed on a secure server. This allows you to choose the software and services that make you feel the most comfortable and secure.
How To Send Us Documents: You have several options for sending us pertinent documents. You can scan or snap a photo and upload the files to us, or utilize Dropbox or Google Drive. You can also choose to allow us to login to your online banking account to access bank statements. Most banks offer bookkeeper logins with restricted access and permissions.

Ms. Riccardi is the best! I came to her because I own a small business and have been keeping the books myself since opening about 6 months ago. I wanted to make sure I was on top of everything. I was not. Ms. Riccardi helped me get my books cleaned up and did a superb job with my financial reporting needs and had excellent tax advice for me for 2015. I tend to have high standards when I am paying someone for something I think I can do myself, but Ms. Riccardi met each of my expectations. She is professional, accessible, and knows her field well. I thought I could save money by taking care of my companies accounting and tax needs myself, but after working with Ms. Riccardi, I will be using her services instead.
