Our pricing is project-based because permit requirements can vary significantly depending on the city, scope of work, and complexity of the project. Each jurisdiction has different processes, timelines, and documentation requirements, which means the level of effort can vary from project to project. To ensure fairness and accuracy, we review the details of each project before providing a quote. This allows us to give clients clear, transparent pricing based on the specific scope and location of their project.

Our process begins with gathering key details about the project, including the scope of work, location, and any available plans or documentation. From there, we outline the permitting process, provide a project-based quote, and set clear expectations regarding timelines, requirements, and next steps. Our goal is to keep communication clear and ensure clients understand the process from start to finish.

While our team does not rely on a single formal training program, our expertise comes from extensive hands-on experience in the permitting and construction process. Our company brings together a team of 17 professionals with more than 10 years of combined experience working with local jurisdictions and navigating permit requirements. This practical experience allows us to understand the nuances of different cities, building departments, and approval processes. Our team’s day-to-day involvement in permit expediting and project coordination is what allows us to guide clients through the process efficiently and with confidence.
