Alex has been fundamental to my Airbnb / STRO business. She and her team are very responsive and on time, and can turn over Airbnb’s fast and replenish items as needed. I also appreciate that she meticulously checks for broken/missing items and I can completely trust her as my eyes and ears for my Airbnb. If you have a cleaner like Alex and her team, you don’t need property manager! She provides a very solid and reliable service. She is very responsive over text, is very comfortable with automation services such as guesty and is able to work very autonomously. Cleaning airbnbs is a very unique task, and Alex has been a crucial team member.
