Rochelle provided excellent services on organizing and declutterring my home and prepare me for my move. She came with packing material and is ready to start with getting everything organized and packed for me. She also helps me with finding sources to donate items that I didn’t want which saved me a lot of time and money to haul them to the junk yard. She truly makes a move less stressful.

I absolutely loved working with Rochelle! She is so personable and professional. From our first conversation over the phone and when she came to my home I felt so comfortable at ease. It felt like a friend coming over to help me knock out a project. I was really dreading cleaning my garage but once we dove in that went out the window. Time went by so fast and it’s so nice being able to walk through my garage again. The best part about working with Rochelle is the haul away service. Honestly this was a big reason I put off this project because I felt overwhelmed about the logistics of where to take certain things, because it’s important to me that I’m not just dumping these items. I prefer to be intentional about what I do with unwanted items. But that is a whole other project in itself. Rochelle is very thoughtful and intentional in this part of the process and that means a lot. From an environmental perspective and as a nostalgic mom, it’s nice to know these donations will go somewhere that really counts. I can’t say enough great things. Professional, friendly, thoughtful, intentional, thorough, organized, and amazing at what she does!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $60/hr. with a 3 hour minimum. I like to offer a few freebie storage solutions and always carry an assortment on hand. I’m happy to remove trash/recycling. I drive an SUV so load me up with donations. Even the ones you think nobody wants.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone consult to establish needs and expectations. Then schedule a minimum 3hr. session. Some jobs can be finished in 1-2 sessions. Plan for a whole house to take several visits.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Working in hospitality I consistently maintained a clean and efficiently organized work space.
