Rochelle helped my family unpack many boxes after a move-in and sort and place items where they need to go. In 2 days we accomplished work that otherwise would have taken us weeks. The boxes were not packed in order, so there was much chaos which she helped sort through and rearrange. She offered to take some items for donation, which allowed us to take that off the list of things to do, and she physically moved furniture and heavy boxes around as I am 9 months pregnant and couldn't do it myself. She saved us a lot of time and effort; blessed to have had her here!

Very professional and responsive. What separates a declutter from a regular cleaner or junk hauler is the ability to take your stuff you want to donate and find another home for it. So this service is of great value. Will rehire.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $60/hr. with a 3 hour minimum. I like to offer a few freebie storage solutions and always carry an assortment on hand. I’m happy to remove trash/recycling. I drive an SUV so load me up with donations. Even the ones you think nobody wants.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone consult to establish needs and expectations. Then schedule a minimum 3hr. session. Some jobs can be finished in 1-2 sessions. Plan for a whole house to take several visits.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Working in hospitality I consistently maintained a clean and efficiently organized work space.
