- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer interior design services for both small or large-scale projects. Additional fees may apply for travel, materials, or rush requests. I always communicate any pricing changes upfront so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1) Initial Consultation: free! We start with a conversation to understand your goals, style preferences, lifestyle needs, and any challenges in your space. This will take place virtually over a video or phone call. Step 2) Assessment & Proposal: I assess your space (or review photos/plans) and provide a customized proposal outlining services, timeline, and pricing. This is typically done virtually on a video or phone call. Step 3) Space Planning & Design: Once we design on a plan that fits your needs, I will create a detailed design concept, which may include layouts, color schemes, finishes, materials, purchase recommendations, and organization strategies. We finalize the budget and review materials (if any). Step 4) Implementation: From concept to reality! I will work my magic in-person, coordinating with vendors or contractors if needed. Step 5) Review: After the interior design project has been completed, we review the space together to ensure it meets your needs. Step 6) Aftercare: I won't leave you hanging! I provide tips, strategies, and suggestions to help you love your space long-term.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have formal training and degrees in Interior Design, Psychology, and Public Health which give me a unique perspective on how humans interact with a space. I create spaces that support well-being, comfort, and functionality. My combination of education and experience helps me better understand who I'm designing for.
