- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work diligently and complete most strategizing before arriving therefore we get to work right away! I charge by the hour and generally never complete a project under 2 hours, but never over more than one day. The average project is completed within 3-5 hours. Dependent on your needs, I aim work within your budget to get what needs to get done, done. If you wish to purchase organizing tools to amplify your space, I charge a flat $30 for traveling to the store, the purchased items are reimbursed by the client with a receipt. (Please note organization tools are not required to complete a project).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Through my process you will first go through a free virtual consultation. In this conversation I take the time to learn about your space, lifestyle, and priorities, and I provide a suggested plan to help address your needs. If you decide following our conversation that you'd like to move forward, we move into the project phase! You have buy in as to how involved you'd like to be. And I will ensure you feel at ease knowing this process can be intimidating to begin!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all varieties of clients. I've gained a plethora of experience from helping roommates and family - even children! - keep their spaces intentional and minimalistic. (I am known to be one of the better purgers...) But I have since expanded into helping coworkers and friends of friends do the same to remain free of a cluttered space and mind in their busy lives.
