Sometimes it can be hard to ask for help, especially when things feel chaotic. Diana made that part incredibly easy from our very first conversation. She asked thoughtful questions that never felt judgmental. Just genuinely curious about what wasn’t working and what my families needs are. I was completely exhausted from moving from Utah to California, starting a new job, and keeping up with life as a toddler mom. My kitchen was still in boxes and I just didn’t have the bandwidth to deal with it. Diana took charge in exactly the way I needed. I recently hired Order Up to help organize my home, and the experience was life-changing! As someone who is neurodivergent, I often find traditional organization systems difficult to maintain -- they rarely align with how my brain processes space and routines and often create MORE work and stress because I feel like I can't keep up!Order Up was different -- from our very first conversation, Diana listened carefully, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure her solutions supported the way I think and function -- not just the traditional ways of organizing things.Diana took time to ask my partner what would work best for both of us, and used visual clues to help with his dyslexia since reading comprehension is often a challenge, as well as organizing things to fit my left-handedness!The systems she put in place were not only visually calming but also tailored to reduce everyday stress. Order Up used clear labeling, logical zones, and consistent layouts which helped make everyday tasks easier to manage without adding anxiety about maintaining a "pinterest" home; I really feel like the systems will be helpful and manageable in the long term.What really stood out was Diana's respectful and trauma-informed approach. They worked with me -- never pushing, never rushing -- and empowered me to feel more in control of my environment. This was especially helpful because we were combining households: always a challenge, but especially when you are in your forties and come with a lifetime of memories and clutter!If you're neurodivergent or just need a more thoughtful, personalized approach to organization, I can't recommend Diana at Order Up enough.
