- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A plan and estimate will be provided for your review and agreement prior to beginning our project together, based on pricing at $75 per hour. I offer discounts for educators, librarians, and military personnel. I also provide discounts to support fellow small business owners located in 92131.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
01: Free Consultation Schedule a quick, free consultation with me. I will ask a few questions to understand your needs, challenges and the hopes you have for your space. 02: Custom Plan & Estimate I will create a clear plan to declutter and organize your space. Unlike many services, your plan centers around a sustainable organizational system to maintain organization and order for the long term! 03: Sorting Your Space We'll work together to sort the items currently occupying your space, determining what serves your goals for that room or area. We'll assign new places for items that don't belong. 04: A New System We're almost done! Now that your space is clear, I will implement your sustainable organizational system so you can keep your space orderly long after our project ends. 05: Free Follow Up I will schedule a free follow up call or an in-home visit one month after we conclude our project to ensure you are satisfied and feel confident in your new space.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO). I am studying for my CPO (Certified Professional Organizer) credential, which is a voluntary certification process through NAPO.
