- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With cash I provide a 10% discount and another 5% discount if you let me film myself cleaning for social media marketing. I have hourly rates, but prefer to charge a flat rate for the service/project we can both agree on for the work that’s needing done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Connecting on Thumbtack / Sending a text with a quote with the discounts I offer. Sharing my availability and asking what day and time works best for them - talking through any questions I may have if the requests / details are still developing.
