Travis arrived 15 minutes early for our appointment that was great! He did a brilliant job cleaning & organizing my apartment.
He’s very friendly, clean, and patient with helping me to sort items for donations. He cleaned my floors by hand even though I had a new Swiffer Power Mop making my kitchen floors look better than when I first moved here.
I appreciated his patience with giving his opinion on repurposing a big closet into a recording studio. I’d definitely hire his services again as he was well worth the cost. Thanks Again, Travis!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With cash I provide a 10% discount and another 5% discount if you let me film myself cleaning for social media marketing. I have hourly rates, but prefer to charge a flat rate for the service/project we can both agree on for the work that’s needing done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Connecting on Thumbtack / Sending a text with a quote with the discounts I offer. Sharing my availability and asking what day and time works best for them - talking through any questions I may have if the requests / details are still developing.
